Workshops 2026

Foundational & Professional Development Courses.

  • Functional Anatomy

The most important first step in becoming an excellent instructor is understanding how the body works. The Anatomy Fundamentals for Movement Professionals course focuses not only on the skeleton and muscles of the body, but how the systems work together to create movement.

  • STOTT PILATES®

The STOTT PILATES repertoire spans Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels exercises. Ideally learned in that order, the system provides instructors a solid foundation for the creation and implementation of effective exercise programs.

  • Special Populations

The Injuries and Special Populations course is just the beginning to the understanding of how injuries, surgeries or other conditions limit movement. Instructors learn the basics of how to create effective programs for a variety of situations.

  • Continuing Education

Continue your learning journey with workshops and professional development courses that cover a variety of topics from programming with props, working with special populations to gaining deeper insight into the functioning of the body. All workshops taught are eligible for STOTT PILATES Continuing Education Credits.

  • Fascial Movement

An understanding of the human fascial system is paramount to effective physical training and rehabilitation. Get insight into fascia on a cellular level and its integration into sensory reception, communication and overall physical functioning that can be applied to any type of training.

  • Halo® Training, ZEN•GA® & Total Barre®

Halo Training, ZEN•GA and Total Barre give you options to expand your training. The Halo Trainer is useful for post-rehabilitation to high-performance training. The Total Barre Program uses music to motivate and inspire. ZEN•GA incorporates imagery and elements of fascial integration.
